Can you quote any Florida laws to back up this claim.
Why wouldn't the supreme court hear this case if it was clearly unlawful as you claim?

Criminal Statute Fla Statutes: 825.14 (think it's .14). UNLAWFUL TO WITHHOLD NUTRITION OR HYDRATION FROM AN INCAPACITATED PERSON.

Greer committed a felony but because he put it in writing, I guess that makes it okay.
