At the end, that judge from the 11th circuit court of appeals in Atlanta, when he turned the Schindlers down, scolded congress and GW for daring to try and go against decisions prior courts had made. How dare the congress pass laws that govern the judiciary! Fie on the balance of powers! In the squabble, an innocent life was not just lost, a woman was murdered by judicial fiat. This won't go away. There will be hugh repercussions, as there should be.
