I call for a Congressional Investigation by the House Judiciary Committee or some other such committee with authority.

On "The Matter of Terri Schiavo".

If enough pressure can be put on the Republicans in the House, then the Democrats cannot stop it from being set up, instituted, and investigative powers. After all, one of their wishes, on the record by recorded vote, was purposely DENIED by another branch of government.

I would hope the Congress get to the complete bottom of this; somebody was on the take, somebody put the fix in. It was corrupt to the core. They need to expose it to legislative sunlight. Somebody has been lying in affadavits. A crime of assault may have occured and was covered up. Congress is all about getting to the bottom of things.

Like I mentioned on another thread, if the congress walks away from this with their tails between their legs...all of us are through.   Under our constitution, the congress has the power to curb and control judicial activism.   It could be brought under control with a few judicial impeachments!!!   Give them their pink slips.
