I am angry that the media is making all of us (who stood to have Terri's tube reinserted)...the media is making us out to be Christian zealots & Right-to-Life extremists. Because I did not want an otherwise healthy, but physically and mentally challenged woman to die by withholding food and drink from her, I am being called a radical Right-to-Lifer? My God, who really is on the opposing side?

Thanks for bringing this up. As part of this thread seems to be about casting blame it seems that this ought to mentioned (and then reiterited several hundred times):

For all the blame being cast on Jebb, we ought to step back a moment and recognize that if any are to blame as much as Mr. Shiavo and his usurpatious legal henchmen, THE MEDIA ARE TO BLAME. In covering Terri's plight, (on the whole of what I've seen) they have shown a most ugly bias, and an incredible indifference to seek readily available information. As a profession which should seek the truth of daily news, they show an utter disdain for it. THEY ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PUBLIC BEING MISINFORMED. Although they have done so many atime, it is truly contemptable in Terri's case. PIT OF VIPERS! WEAVERS OF LIES!

YES YES YES YES
What a miserable job they've done, and could it still be a surprise that MSM sucks up and thrives on the culture of death? If it bleeds, it leads, and they grease the tracks for the crash.

I think the left is taking little comfort in this pyric victory of theirs. The courts may have be united in a us vs them stance, but they still had to put down a mother and father who never gave up legal efforts even in the last hours.

It speaks volumes that probably scares democrats. I see the MSM now desperatly trying to make this a non-democrat republican issue. Not so, despite the pathetic trolls here, the republicans were for the substantive part very united. It was the democrat party that was divided on this. They leadership and celebs were M.I.A. (where was hollyweird activists? do the "beautiful people" hate the helpless?)

We have only STARTED to see the MSM leftist spin on this judicial travesty.

You're welcome. I couldn't care less than I do that the media wants to paint conservatives as religious fanatics, or radicals, etc. I just cannot believe how low the media will stoop, and how far it will go to stretch information into a distortion of the truth. According to the media in recent days, they are basically saying that if you are a person who is appalled and sickened that the state of Florida has placed its stamp of approval on withholding food and water from a disabled woman until her resulting death, then you are a right-wing screwball.
