We have learned so much from you, Terri. May your life and death not be in vain. I, too, am sorry we failed you.
God bless the Schindler family. You are in our prayers.
Actually, I'd vote for Steve Zahn. He's on the left in this picture.
Rest In Peace, dear Terri.
Thank you!
Also, remember that the Dims publically stated that they intended to infiltrate web-boards (such as the FreeRepublic), call-in shows (especially CSPAN), and the like.
They stated that they intended to pretend to be conservatives, especially pro-lifers, SPOUT DIS-INFORMATION, and then pretend to be "disappointed" with GWB and any other Republican who they perceived to have a shot at '08.
Don't forget this dis-information effort by Dims when reading many posts.
The Dims are trying to give the MSM some ammunition to try to say that the Republican base is cracking.

What pure hatred must he have for this family. To deny them their daughters last moments...I am speechless. May God Forgive him.
I am speechless, too. What a sad day this is...
Agreed. We have some convincing to do in our own party. Euthanasia must be outlawed in the US.
Amen, ohioWfan. This can't be said often enough. Right now this is my number 1 goal. And when the Greers of this world come up for re-election, they need to be turned out of office. We need to clean house.
*trying to come up with a good Chandra Levy joke for the second line, but alas, I can not*
Bush talking now. He did what he could.
In the eyes of many of us, Jeb is a real loser in this situation.
I have the same response for you that I have for liberals whining, when I use my first amendment rights.
Now go tell someone else to shut up when they are voicing their feelings.
tonk, please ping the list on this...thanks

PING!
I agree with you but this has been grueling and totally frustrating to watch. I know some say it's too uncomfortable and as the National Review piece says, started throwing out euphemism after euphemism...you know that 'offensive' line of 'starving Terri to death' just doesn't sit well with the libs,,so they want to keep it clinical,,,'withdrawal of life support' or 'withdrawal of medical intervention',,etc.
My heart bleeds for the callousness of our nation and for those who are laying in beds on feeding tubes right now.....because they are in peril. Especially if they cannot express their wishes in a 'lawful' manner. Those who celebrate law over morality and conscious are celebrating today,,,,all those faceless judges that hide behind their press releases and black robes,,,what cowards...and yes,,I'm sure we have all contributed to their rise to power. But, what can we do now? What can we do to honor this woman? How can we protect those most vulnerable who are still alive among us,,,? It seems really hopeless because the death-mongers of the judiciary have determined that life/death is just a secondary consideration to the 'legalities' ......as if anyone has ever agreed on how to interpret the Constitution up to this point. What sad, shameful day for our country.
Amen! Enough!
Let those of us who are grieving be given a day to mourn this great loss!
It is a failure he will regret from today to the end of his life. I'm sure Florida and California are not the only states to have legalized euthanasia. We must convince others that it is an atrocity and must be made illegal.
I see his WOT as I would have seen see sKerrys WOT. Nuanced.
Interesting. But not suprising.
