She was murdered. That's the truth of it. She was murdered.

I did wonder though if President Bush could have at the 11th hour issued an Executive Order overturning everything and giving her guardianship to her parents - and that he was just waiting till every effort had been exhausted legally first. Of course, the poor soul did not have the time to keep on living till all efforts had been exhausted. I don't understand how President Clinton could have pardoned criminals at the last moment of his Presidency and that President Bush's hands were tied in this case - and I don't understand how the two consenting branches of government cannot hold the third branch in contempt - I guess there is a lot about the law of the land that is a mystery to me.

"God forgives everything, well, that's true"

Everything except not believing Jesus died for your sins on the cross, and rose again. It's blaspheming the working of the Holy Spirit.

We all need to have loud mouths now. I think that at least most of us here agree that this was wrong on one level or another. We need to shout at the top of our lungs for investigations, laws to be changed or implemented and for the judicial brance to be reined in and muzzled so that they are not the most powerful branch of the government.

That is exactly what we fear.

She was murdered because she couldn't say 'Please don't starve me' and because she couldn't pass Felos' litmus test.

Oddly, I heard that on Boston radio not long ago. The commentators (Blute and Scotto on WRKO early morning),were talking, and it makes sense now I think of it, they were discussing Terri and what would happen. Scotto is the sarcastic one, and I think he's the one who brought up Kevorkian and said wasn't there that one woman who changed her mind, decided she didn't want to die, and Jack proceeded anyway. Scotto had a specific case in mind, but didn't name the woman. Perhaps there were just rumors that this had happened. I'm sure they're out there.

Rush Limbaugh was broadcasting Felos publicity stunt live, at the end of his radio show today. Rush would break into the Felos monologue with hmphs, grunts and "sheeshes." I nearly gagged myself when I heard Felos say that "Terri died cradled in Michael's arms."

Excuse me, but it is my opinion that being "cradled in Michael's arms" was the very last indignity to have happened to Terri Schindler.

I will fight to protect your child, what ever we need to do to protect our children from a runaway judiciary and murdering husbands. As I sit tonight typing this, I look at my 8 year old daughter sleeping nearby and pray that all our children will be safe. I usually see the threat to my child in the form of islamicfascism, but today has made me see that there are other threats to our way of life beside terrorism.

The enemy within.

They can they were just spineless cowards with a few exceptions that were not able to sway the majority. It all came down to politics and money. The pools dictated how outraged the politicans got and also this will further the agenda of medicare and social security reform.

Personally I have decided to go to nursing school so that I will be able to care for my aging parents and disabled children myself if it ever comes to do it myself or let the government kill them. And that I fear is where we are headed.

We're finding our feet on this. Terri's murder has stirred a lot of indignation in us. I believe in my heart, I pray I'm right, that this is the wake up call some of us needed to jar us. That a disabled woman could be murdered in this country because she was an impediment to her husbands new life with his mistress, and a strain on our health care costs. God help us all.

You know we will see pictures of Terri in her last days on the front page of the Tabloids. It's coming. They have no shame.

Really? OMG, that kinda makes it sound like the fix is in, doesn't it?

I have never been one of the conspiracy theory posters because I truly haven't read and studied all of the records and such---the only reason I have posted on the subject at all, is because I can't for the life of me believe that starving/dehydrating someone to death is in any way humane or merciful---

Also, after observing the Schindler family and Ms and Felos, my INSTINCTS tell me to believe the Schindlers, not the sleazy duo of Schiavo & Felos--

Now that you say the coroner isn't going to allow independent observers, it just sounds sssssoooo devious--

Former Schindler attorney Pat Anderson told Hannity today that the Medical Examiner has announced that there will be no independent examiners at the autopsy---apparently he's in charge and intends to be solely in charge.

That much I can actually believe...

I know many will claim that because there was an autopsy, all opposing views have been put to rest.

Well, bonus points for creativity, but realistically, she was denied food and water because that's what she wanted. So the law determined, anyway, right or wrong.

The law says there has to be "clear and convincing" evidence that this is what she wanted. Offhand comments allegedly made to Michael Schiavo, which were never brought up by him until after the malpractice suits were finished, and which nobody heard but him and his family, don't meet those standards. Besides, even the comments she supposedly made addressed being on a ventilator, not being deprived of food and water.

I think I heard Dr. Baden on Linda Vester's show today, say that in Florida, the Medical Examiner has someone from BOTH sides of the family observe the autopsy

That comforts me to know that she will have someone there looking over the shoulder as the coroner does his work.

I know and I just dread it, for her family, for all of us. It is such a violation, like the Nick Berg decapitation video, which was shown without mercy. God help us.

This entire episode was like a runaway train roaring straight down the track because that's where the tracks went. No way to switch to a side track because of mistakes, stupidity, or deliberate malice. We watched it all and argued about minutiae while the train crashed and those on board died. And oh, dear, Greta's just said they have a tape of the Schindlers being ordered not to attend Terri's funeral. Well.

I wonder what the present mistress, and future wife of MS thinks about him INSISTING on taking Terri's ashes up to his family plot in Pennsylvania---? I would think it kinda creepy if I was her--

What is he gonna do put himself between the two? ewwww!

"Common sense says Felos and Michael will make millions from Terri's death. Nothing else makes sense."

I have been thinking that too, but where does the money come from?

This whole thing has stunk to high heaven from the beginning.
