I've heard that she was bulimic as well. Has her parents said anything about her doing that?

I couldn't imagine my hubby riding me about my weight. He would just say, there's more of you to love.

If a husband constantly criticizes his wife about her weight, then he is complicit in anything that happens to her because of it! What about those wedding vows DOES MS believe in?

That's a horrible thing for a husband to do, to deride his wife for getting heavy.

Hmmm, it pays to acquaint yourself with local laws/mores before you contemplate suicide. If you failed, you might think the cure worse than the cold.

I'm praying for a very Un-Christian thing.

I don't think He answers those prayers.

He sat on it, over and over again. Last time it was brought up before him was Nov. 2003. He chided the Schindlers in May, 2004 for trying to file an emergency guardianship order with him. He said that that is to be used only when they have no legal recourse to advance, and he reminded them that they already filed for it (regular guardianship) in 2002. Michael was to be deposed twice (last August and then again in September) but he never showed. A court recorder was there, but no Michael. Greer never issues a contempt-of-court order, which definitely would have happened to you or I had we been in the same position. Then, adding insult to injury, Greer totally ignored ruling on a guardianship hearing in Feb/Mar when it was brought up again. He's been hiding from it, because it would show on appeal that he has been allowing Michael to get away with violating the guardianship rules over and over again.

Ah, the sainted Margaret Sanger. No mention EVER of her real reason for birth control. Her contempt and plans for black population control ignored as if it never existed.

She has drawn our attention, and rises, released.

We turn to the work at hand illuminated by her plight.

I don't think there is anything to that stuff.
Most of those companies are old and dissolved. Many are out of the same address in Sarasota. It's quite possible that is just a business office and whoever that person is, is a secretary for those offices. Looks like a bunch of failed businesses to me, nothing remarkable. Some of the comments at that site are just tinfoil hat stuff.

Last night I had dinner with a friend and her mute, handicapped, 46 year old son. She was very frightened of what the consequences of Terri's enforced death might mean for her son.

A lot of us with disabled children are starting to ask ourselves if we will be in this situtation ourselves. I believe a genie may have been loosed on us.

I'm nervous as hell.

Hey, now that Sean and Rush are actually paying attention to this, we can get some of our info to them. Seems like no one wanted to believe us at first, but now they are willing to look at it. I'll pass this on to Sean and Rush. Thanks for the reply.

I'm afraid from the sound of things the focus on judge selection is all hogwash, it doesn't matter what judges get appointed. They're all from the same cloth for the most part.

Yes evil is on the rise and will not be denied because there just aren't enough good people left to stand in the gap anymore. Fasten your seat belts, more horrors on the way.

My brother-in-law used to always critisize his wife about her weight in front of people---I grew to really dislike him--

Now, he is divorced and rightfully so, IMHO. LOL!!!

That may well be it. Maybe lifting the lid on Pinellas county when you know what is underneath is just too frightening to do.

Sure there is. The law allows you to refuse that inalienable right for yourself. The law defines food and water as "medical treatment". Maybe the laws should be clarified - if the law doesn't allow you to refuse medical treatment, and the law doesn't define food as "medicine", then we don't have this problem.

Terri's family's lawyers should have invoked the Americans With Disabilities Act. As the disability rights group Not Dead Yet has pointed out, she was deprived food and water simply because of her disability.

I'm worried that GW's slate of conservative judges won't make it, and yes, even if they do, will a few turn out to be wolves in sheep's clothing (closet liberals). You never know. As for Catherine Crier, she definitely took the activist judiciary side last night. Her head almost exploded, she was so angry. At the end she was reduced to ad hominem attacks on her co-author, who remained calm, courteous, and on the side of life.
