Something that was between them has been covered on the evening news.
They got all sorts of people involved, the media, the protesters.
By their direct action, there have been private investigators probably investigating his entire life. Websites and TV shows villifying him.
There have been Death Threats on him and his new family, and on his sister.
Through their direct action, they've probably visited on him a thousand-fold what they're feeling.
So, yeah, I can see where he'd deny them the last moments. Vindictive? Absolutely. Over the top? Yep. Would I do the same thing? Probably not, but then again, I've never had my name spread around the world five times over, and had the same amount of bile attached to it as I've seen posted here and elsewhere.
Am I defending him? I hope not, because both sides are not innocent of anything in this matter. I feel they both deserve to rot in their own special hell. But that's just me.
I agree with what you just said. This is a defining example of the breakdown of "Family" in this country.
And thus will the persecution of pro-life Christians, even at the hands of fellow "conservatives" and fellow "christians," bloom and grow in our day: "its you Christians' fault that this was an issue, you too deserve to rot in your own special hell."
And those that say such things will be happy to acquiecse to the building of special hells for people like Terri and those who fight to save her kind.
I've never seen so much bold unadulterated evil posted on this Forum, as during the last two weeks, by those who gleefully shout for her death and condemn her defenders. This country has changed, and so has this forum, and neither will ever again attain its former glory.
Just for the record, though, I don't agree with this one small part - a bit over the top, wouldn't ya say?

He reaps what he has sown and he has sown death threats AND DEATH.
If you have been around this long and still support Michael, you are either a relative or another one that I would never want in power in this country and in a position of determining when others die.
