Taken completely out of the context of the rest of the reporting regarding the Terri Schiavo situation by The Empire Journal, the article might be simply a misunderstanding of the term mandate.
Taken in-context it looks very much like yellow journalism designed soley to discredit Michael Schiavo.
Michael Schiavo and his Euthanasia attorney Felos discredit Michael Schiavo. They don't need anyone's help.
