I'm certainly not an expert, but I can read it well enough to understand that Terri's brain is in very bad shape.

I wouldn't expect anyone to make a firm diagnosis based on one scan, but on the other hand the scan is pretty clear in the fact that Terri's brain injury is more significant that some want to accept.

As I said, you are not an expert, nor am I. I know there is a treatment for severe brain disorders where half of the brain is removed and the patients lead productive lives.

Let's play "What If".

1. You do not have the requisite knowledge to discern from a cat scan the diagnosis or prognosis of the patient.

2. No reputable professional would attempt to judge a person's condition or future on this scan.

3. You do not know if this is Terri's scan or not. You do not know if it has been altered.

4. The star witness has a conflict of interest and has an obvious bias in this case.

Question for ya, texas flower. If you were on a jury in Tejas, would you vote to sentence a murderer to hang on that evidence?
