Why doesn't the court order her to be hydrated immediately by IV? Her rights to due process are being violated by STARVATION. HA! It' obvious. They only took the case in order to declare the law Congress passed to be unconstitutional, which Whittemore failed to do, and put the final nail in the coffin. Giving wishful thinking people a sliver of hope to dash away after another interminable wait and to once again flaunt their absolute power in your face are just little side benefits for the Judicial Oligarchy.
