I heard that the 10-2 was misleading. All that means is 2 published their dissent. It could have been 7-5, actually..

I agree. Jesse is certainly not my favorite person, but he is doing more than others that should be ashamed. Kudos to him.

How I understand it,He has to face the voters. He isn't one with a lifetime appointment. He is a Circuit Court Judge and it's an elected office.
I would like to know when his term is up, who will be opposing him in the primaries and support that person, even if I live in Texas. I can send money.

I think from what Santorum said tonight he may have to answer to a charge of contempt of Congress,when this is all said and done. The leaders are wisely being quiet now so as to keep all the focus on the fight to save Terri's life.
