Yep. And Greer too, by stating that his ignorance of the order will be "looked into" and possibly for criminal action for violating the will of Congress. He cited an appropriate section that permitted Congress to do what they did.

These politicians were very careful, and Greer was careless, callous and conniving. But definately, way out of his league. How stupid - one lowely circut court probate judge against Congressmen. What a dip.

My question is why doesn't the US Congress pass the same law that the Florida Congress failed to pass?

Another question is why doesn't the US Congress supeona the hospice officials, nurses, neurologist, and other people that Judge Greer refused to listen to. Or why don't they supeona Michael Shiavo and the rest of the Pinellas County Good Ole Boy System since Greer's one of them and the Fed courts won't act in the name judicial supremecy?
