As a p*$$-poor retiree, I'm wondering if it's true that Texas Gov. Bush (now U. S. President Bush) ever signed into law a bill that allows doctors/hospitals to pull the plug(s) on patients who can't afford to pay for such luxuries as feeding tubes, life-support, etc.? I read, somewhere, that he did. Doubt if it was at this website though.
