I encourage people to homeschool their children. At the same time, however, we cannot afford to write off the public schools.
Most people will choose not to homeschool. I worry about their children. Our nation cannot afford a generation of poorly educated citizens who have not been taught to read or write or think, but have been throughly indoctrinated by the Left.
So long as we are all forced to pay dearly for the public schools, we have every right to demand that are money be well spent.
