CNN has a guy on the phone that is in Bangkok he felt it there but he says he called people in Phuket and they did not feel it.

CNN has a guy on the phone that is in Bangkok he felt it there but he says he called people in Phuket and they did not feel it. I am in BKK and it was very noticable (14th floor condo). Local news is reporting the quake was also very noticable in Phuket. The guy on CNN is full of it.
