Father God, we come before You again today, distressed that Terri is till fighting to live while it seems that all legal options have been exhausted. You alone know, Lord, whether they actually have been and whether or not there is still someone out there who can do something.
We implore You, Lord, to turn the hearts of anyone who can still save Terri, if that be Your will.
We also acknowledge that Your purposes may best be served by taking Terri Home to be with You. We don't understand these things, Lord, but we thank You that we can trust You, the Judge of all the earth, to do what is right.
I ask Your blessing on the thousands, including our Congressional leaders and President Bush and Governor Bush who have stuck their necks out to do what they can to save this one precious soul.
And most of all, Lord, I ask Your blessing on Terri right now, and on her grieving family, that You will give them grace to endure in their faith in You, because we know that You have promised a crown of life for those who do.
We pray Your peace upon them, and that their expressions of love to each other will be precious and will give them peace and joy in the days ahead, no matter what happens.
May Terri feel enveloped in Your love, and the love of her family, and the love of thousands of us who have found a significant place in our hearts for her.
