Apparently MRS will not even allow the Schindlers to put a memorial marker in their own family plot for Terri. As far as the law is concerned, "Terri Schindler" was never born nor lived.

I think the article said that MRS owns here entire estate and can legally forbid others from putting up a memorial on their private property. He claims that Terri wanted no memorial.
