But again, how do you know that's what she emphasized or what the reporter emphasized? You know how they can twist things around for their own agenda.
I also disagree with you about the president; I think he's between a rock and a hard place also.
But whatever. I'm just scared this is going to end up being about the Bushes, rather than the realization about what is REALLY wrong in this country.
I really love President Bush...very much. My intention is not to bash him, but when he's wrong...he's wrong. And right now an American woman is being murdered by government legislatures and the courts. He needs to do or say something...at the very least I would like to see heartfelt moral outrage...I have not seen that. I have seen a sigh, a shrug, and "Oh, well, did what I could."
My intention is not to bash the President...but it is also not to be blindly loyal when he's wrong (and also, please know, I'm not saying you are...just saying how I feel about it).
