We're waiting to hear if the 11th circuit decides to allow a new hearing for Terri. If they do she will be hydrated right away from what I've been reading.

Valleygirl, am I understanding you correctly: if the judges rule, say, this afternoon, that they'll hear the appeal, then the tubes would be reinserted immediately while the judges are evaluating the underlying issue?
