think the state of Florida should have removed Michael as Terri's guardian 8 years ago. DCF should have removed her. Terri is still alive, so there is hope.

I think they should of removed him way back in 1993 when he was ordering doctors around to not treat her for a urinary tract infection. He admitted in testimony that such action would result in her death. That's a big hint if you ask me.

Oh yes, most definitely. I've read just about all the testimony. What is really telling is, "When is that bitch gonna die"??? Of course there is the denial of routine medical care, the needle marks, and the poorly hidden bottle of insulin.

I hope and pray that he doesn't get away with this.
