"Freepers, is it possible the Appeals Court will order the tubes reinserted while they consider the latest appeal? Anybody know when that question will be answered?"
They are going to vote (12 panel) on whether or not they will give a hearing, if they vote in favor, the tube will be put back in while they have the trial.
