I think the State of FL could make the case that the entire eight year Schiavo/Schindler case has been abusive of Terri, without naming any specific party to the case, and take custody until this is all investigated and unraveled. ???
I think the state of Florida should have removed Michael as Terri's guardian 8 years ago. DCF should have removed her. Terri is still alive, so there is hope.
