I'm sitting here trying to remember how it went the night congress signed the bill....my old brain is working overtime....I do know that the law was supposed to cause her tube to be replaced immediately and a new review of the case done. So.....it seems if the 11th is going to hear an appeal, and they agree Whittmore erred, they'll send it back and he has to order the tube replaced. How long will this take????

I remember, last time on the 11th Circut Court of Appeals it took until 3pm in the afternoon for them to issue their decision. They accepted one day and then the next day was a long wait...
