Basically slice and dice every organ, examine visually for any red flags, take slices for histological (microscopic) examination, inspect the body for punctures, cuts, bruises, take fingernail scrapings, bag-it, tag-it, sew-it-up, actually it takes probably 2.5 hours to do it, many more hours to process results.
