I am not sure if the socialist Bertrand Russell's quote is even true. Wise people will have doubts, but they will channel their wisdom into doing right no matter what the cost. Their doubts will be over how to accomplish a goal, not the goal itself.

1.A Judge is supposed to make his decision based on the law.

2. State law says that DCF has the authority AND OBLIGATION to investigate and act on information received.

3.The Judge issued the court order, ( based on saving his own skin), INSTEAD OF INFORCING THAT LAW, he DENIED DFS the POWER GIVEN THEM BY THE LAW.( unless that law was declared unconstitutional)

4.THE JUDGE's COURT ORDER IS ILLEGAL because HE is ACTING outside the law.

5. Therefore, based on these facts, the Governor is given the RESPONBILITY, based on HIS OWN OATH OF OFFICE to ENFORCE THE LAW.
