Clever Hint:

Start dialing the Governor's telephone number but with digit off on the final phone number digit, such as, if it ends with "0", replace it with 7, or 8, or 9, etc. etc. Try alternating the final two digits, too. They might be on a rotary phone system re: their Gov's offices nujbers, and you can short circuit the wait by getting through to SOMEBODY that way. Anybody in the Governor's office should be interrupted and impressed of the public's continued outcry on this issue.
