No, I'm sure. Even your directory noted that he is a Circuit Court judge. The Circuit Court has differenct divisions - Civil, Criminal, Family, etc. Greer has served in many of them. He is now hearing probate cases in Circuit Court. That is a bit different than the probate judge who administratively handles wills and such. In many states, such probate judges are not even required to pass the bar.

Circuit Courts are the highest non-appellate courts in Florida.

oh yeah? Can you name the many states that don't require a probate judge to pass the bar?
