Yes, also one of his brothers was found to be an owner of some insurance company (perhaps the company that this one was sold to, I'm unclear on that at this point).

There's a lot of suspicion that insurance fraud is going on, not to mention the likelihood of medicare fraud with the hospice, considering the fact that Terri was illegally a resident of a hospice for the dying, for 5 years, when 6 months is supposed to be the limit.

I think the parents' best bet would be to find a competent private investigator, since they have had no relief from any Florida agency.

That hospice is being investigated by the feds (HHS) for just that reason. As a result of that investigation, HHS is seeking to recoup 15 million dollars in federal funding collected by Suncoast in the name of patients who were not actually terminally ill, going all the way back to 97, when Felos was on the hospice board.
