We Can now use starvation and dehydration as a technique against terrorist suspects to get them to talk.

No one can complain that it is torture, after all, every court in the land has declared it as a humane procedure, so let's have at it...

It doesn't work that way -- if Terri had been a terrorists, she would have had more rights.
