So, in other words, Judge Greer is saying, "I don't care if she talked, you didn't tell me soon enough, so she dies".

The Schindlers appealed this to the State Supreme Court, where they were denied, of course. Anyone know on what basis the supremes upheld Greer's insanity?

The upheld Greer on the basis that they are not about to give the Bushes a victory, after that a$$-whupping that US Supreme Court gave them in December 2000.

FL Supreme Court Basis: He's a judge who's executing someone who doesn't deserve to live, so we're going to affirm him.
