It will probably happen as you have written. However, enough doubt has been raised that even DCF should have enough cause to call a temporary halt to a cremation. But that would take courage and the backing of the Governor. These are big IFs. I believe I am right though, that Greer's involvement ends with her death, and a reasonable delay for a cremation can be granted. After all, since Michael Schiavo took all this effort to have her life terminated, the time of her funeral is now meaningless. He said she didn't want to live in such a condition. Fine. The point was to terminate her life - not to hasten her cremation. This is why the DCF needs to think and plan ahead.

They can think and plan all they want but they have already acquiesced their authority to Greer and will turn to him for permission for anything involving Terri even in matters where Florida law gives them authority as it did to seize her and have the tube reinserted.
