As far as Terri's last wishes are concerned, the testimony on BOTH SIDES was hearsay.

So the judge has to make a decision, one way or the other. What is he supposed to do??? He listens to both sides and renders a decision based on who is most believable.

Don't you mean THREE SIDES? Where's Terri's side? Greer won't allow her an attorney ad litem. You seriously think that swamp judge who never laid eyes on Terri in all these years is worthy of rendering a responsible and fair decision?

That is ridiculous. Why is Michael more believable? B/C he "remembered" that she said something 7 years later? Did she ever say she wanted to be starved to death? When in doubt, shouldn't we err on the side of LIFE, especially when she did not have a terminal illness and had loving parents able and willing to take care of her and get her therapy and rehab, which could possibly help her? Especially since Michael refused to do so? You make absolutely no since, and sound like you would approve of the Nazi useless eater policies.

He is supposed to say, "In the absence of credible testimony by either side, and since there is no notarized Living Will, I am not authorized to order Mrs. Schiavo's death. Mr. Schiavo's petition is denied."
