He should have just kept his mouth shut if he wasn't going to act.

He tried to do something. He had a team and himself on the way to rescue her this morning and some snitch ran to the judge and snitched and the judge sent word to the Sherriffs to defend their positions and not let her be taken. He said Gov Bush would go to jail. Someone would have probably gotten hurt or killed and all hell would have broken loose, so Gov Bush backed off as he should have.

It seems very possible to me that Jeb's FBI file is among several hundred files democrats requested and illegally copied in the Clinton administration. That might explain his hesitation to act.
