Jeb says, 'the judge decided, so I have to ask his permission.' You can cite Bork, but that doesn't make Jeb courageous or Andrew Jacksonesque. Jackson had the courage of his convictions and is thusly respected. Jeb, well, he's got his convictions I suppose. His lack of conviction will land him historically right up there with Pontius Pilate and Judas.
