The fact that this jerk is a lowball criminal is well known here in Europe. The only thing protecting him currently is his political clout. I just want to throw up everytime I see him waving his arms and spouting in French. He is one of the few leaders in the world today who refuses to speak English, long known to be the universal language of today. Does Jacques have a first name that he doesn't use? I just wondered because of another leader whose initials are WJC. He was as pure as the driven snow but somehow he was surrounded by corrupt friends.
