Does anyone know how long Judge Greer will stay in that position? Is it 4 years?? Not familiar with Florida politics.

In Florida the judges stay as long as they are not voted out. I'm off to bed soon, otherwise I'd look it up for you. Go and google Florida term judges election...or something like that.

I think he will be in office for the next six years, also they said on a website called empirejornal that he wasn't qualified to be on the ballot in 92, 98 and 2004.
