Okay, for the last freaking time:

SHOULD JEB GROW A SPINE AND ACTUALLY FULFILL HIS LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES TO PRESERVE THE LIFE OF TERRI SCHIAVO, IT WOULD NOT BE ILLEGAL.

Judge Greer has absolutely no authority to tell Governor Bush what to do, nor does he have the authority to injunctify the Exective branch in this case. But he's still getting away with it.

And yes, the Legislature are a bunch of wimps. But so is Jeb Bush.

If Jeb wants to sit back and wring his hands.....fine. He shouldn't have done his huffing and puffing press conference.

Just saw a replay of his interview on Fox.....he was so distraught that people actually thought he was going to DO something. It's so unfair! He told that mean media from the beginning that he only does things he thinks are legal. It was that wacky DCFS that gave everyone the wrong impression!

He's owned by Greer now....always will be. Governor in name only.....GINO

Jeb Bush does not have the legal, constitutional, or even moral authority to act in violation of court orders. He would receive little support for such action and he would not deserve support. Terri would be starved anyway. Governors do not have the capability of opposing legal decisions other than in court, especially when the legislature refused to support him. And yes we are all better off for it. Would you like a governor who used the state police to "rescue" death row imates because he decided it's the right thing to do?
