You've summed it up well.

It is a judicial murder, and the judge violated the law by threatening armed force against the executive branch enforcing the law, which is its prerogative.

I believe that Judge Greer should be arrested for interference with law enforcement.

The problem with that, of course, is that he would have to be brought before a judge.
