I'm not even sure he's a genuine believer in his crap myself. I think there's a better-than-even chance that Moore is a sick sensationalist who craves money and approval from the Hollywood establishment and has found a perfect vehicle to take him there: rabid hatred of anything conservative.

No I think he's a genunine leftist who just happens to use film as his medium. He's been involved in pro-labor movements of various stripes since his college days.
