Hubby remarked last night that he believes the Bushies are going to use this case to argue for a return to the balance of powers... take some of the wind out of judical. He said Terri is just their "sacrificial lamb."

I wouldn't put it past them. I guess that contributes to my feeling of anguish tonight.

Only thing is, if the Bushes had some guts, we WOULD have more of a balance of power.
