I so agree. I do believe that God's judgement on America is going to be harsh! We have turned into a nation of SIN! When people start thinking Murder is being merciful to those who are handicapped is a day I hoped I would never see. But here it is and I believe that God brought this to our attn for a reason, a real big reason! One that we Americans will never forget!

"There is no doubt that this is a murder by the state. To deny a person water was against the law in this country until now. Now it is legal via the courts of the U.S."

You are right.

And unfortunately we all must realize that this is not only murder by the judiciary, but by the executive as well. I know many love the Bushes, but when someone you love does something this wrong - true love calls it what it is.

If the president and the governor truly believe they have no authority to use executive order in this case, then I'd like to see one of their lawyers try to debate Dr. Alan Keyes on the subject.

It's easy to wash your hands of something as Pilate did, but you cannot excuse your actions by saying the Constitution allows the judiciary to run roughshod over the executive branch.

The legislative branch was run over roughshod and they will probably deal with it in time, although it is highly puzzling that they did not order Judge Greer de-throned the minute he was found to be in Contempt of Congress.

It appears that regular citizens who break the law by trying to give Terri water are dealt with more swiftly by the police state than Judge Greer is.
