did you forget he signed the law that allowed starvation and dehydration? Look.. there comes a time when all of us must set aside our sweet illusions and face the ugly truth about those we formerly trusted... THIS is one of those times.. I mean, his brother just gave 20 million dollars of taxpayer money to the Palestinian gov't.. and shiny new warplanes to Pakistan.. let's face it.. these new bosses aren't much better than the old bosses...
I voted for Bush.. I once trusted and admired them both.. but that has been fading for awhile now.. this just puts the icing on the cake..

I think it's WAY to early to be putting blame on either Bush.

I also think it's sad that this thread has degenerated into a Bush-bashing thread while Terri lies dying, rather than one of prayer and support for her and her family right now.

We could also be using our energy to bring to justice those who pre-meditated her murder. And neither President Bush nor Governor Bush were one of them. We HAVE to remember that or NOTHING will ever be done about this case. We'll all just get bitter at the Bushes for not doing what even we were not willing to do: storm the hospice and possibly lose our lives in an effort to save her. And even if we did rescue her, then what? Her tube would still eventually be pulled. I for one don't want to see her go through this again. And that is exactly what I think would have happened if Jeb had taken her into custody. I think he realizes that all to well. Probably far better than we do.
