I don't know if that's recorded with the state, but her family ought to know. Seems like it would be in a case where it might be difficult to identify someone, say from a car crash. God knows no one would want to bother them right now but it's an idea.

I don't know, either....but if they had any records of that...and old license...copy of one, etc. Or even talked about organ donation with a family member.
