Florida was selected. The law was written to accommodate the conditions after Felos had secured Schiavo as a client. M.Schiavo was selected because Terri's parents WOULD put up a fight. No fight, no press coverage.

I agree. And I hope this is what will hang him. He's used to doing this kind of stuff without having to worry about being found out. So much dirt has been dug up, I'm hoping that he wasn't able to destroy all his tracks, and all this attention will eventually be his undoing.
