No court, not one, not ever, has ruled for the Schindler's or Terri's life. It all started with Greer deciding what the "facts" would be. Only action by legislatures and/or executives, backed by determination and adequate force, or a law enforcement investigation and arrest of Greer for criminality, could possibly have freed Terri and her family from this fate. These entitities came with too little, too late to the fray, but in truth of intent, deliberate acts, will, etc. Terri was murdered by all of the judges that ruled to uphold Greer in this case. Those who refused to adjudicate a new trial after the new law was passed cannot blame it off on bad lawyering for the Schiavos. That is an excuse. They knew the intent was to give them a new trial, and they refused.
"They knew the intent was to give them a new trial, and they refused."
Exactly, that is all they needed and then the real truth would have been known. Outrageous.
This is the truth. It has been very clear that Greer was biased in favor of MS ever since I started tracking this....Not knowing Florida law, I would say there has been a tendency to review the decisions he made as being within the acceptability of Florida law and thus legal.
If it's not just the good old boy patting each other on the back, then there is something rotten in the legal code in Florida...and if it's in the judiciary itself, Floridians need to start working on that, at the ballot box, by pushing the truth forward, by not giving up the effort to get the corruption revealed. Hard work, but the only things that can change the darkness.
I am convinced that the Lord hates nothing more than he hates a corrupt and evil judge who wrongs the innocent and helpless. What was that he said about millstones around the necks of those who harm the little ones? I would not want to be Felos, Mike, Greer or any of the other judges involved in this case. And if W is a brother, which I believe, I think the Lord is going to have a few very choice words for him over this one day.
I WILL be contacting my state lawmakers about this. When a case is to be re-heard, it should NOT go before the same judge!
