I think maybe we're all too close to it...

The fact that Terri got congressional legislation, that Jeb tried to get DCF to do it, and other things show their outrage. But we need Bush and the Senate to change the judiciary. We need people to see the badness of the laws to get to work on their state legislatures. We need people to realize Terri is just one face, that there are so many others in her situation.

We are on the front and don't have perspective, because we're getting our news feed from a combination of people who care desperately and people who couldn't really care less, or are on the other side.

We don't know except what the news feeds are feeding us.

Step out on faith, know that God knows who belongs to him, even if we can't see through the veil the enemy is spreading, and do the right thing. Can't do much more than that.

No, we need congress, who ESTABLISHED the federal courts, to simply eliminate a court and its jurisdiction everytime an activist judge makes a law. States should do this too.
