It's not God's will that she be murdered...I don't question it would be in his will to use her murder for judgement, example, or whatever else he will...but he would never, ever sanction her murder.
He would let her be a martyr though, if people chose to do the legal but not truly just way. The hands that are guilty are the judiciary hands, and MS. God has let many, many people be martyrs over the years, especially as witnesses to the cruelty of human evil...like all those women in Sudan raped and killed because they were darker skinned, sometimes Christian, and vunerable.
He gives choices. And those in control, in the courts, chose the letter of the law, even if dark.
