In a way FV, he has taken over America! As a nation, we need to repent, seek God's face and return to HIM. Notice that most all who have been fighting for Terri's life have been God Fearing Believers in Jesus Christ , who valued life enough to GIVE HIS OWN LIFE on the Cross!! I pray for Terri, I pray for the Schindlers, and I weep for America this day!

ALL merrit retention talk is DEAD. FL county and circuit court judges MUST face the voters every six years.
This non-partisan BS must end. It is a joke, judges are OBVIOUSLY partisan.
Judicial Term Limits. Judges in FL have mandatory retirement at 70. (No more senior judges taking cases after retirement either)
Conservatives have to find AND have support from non-lawyers. In many of FL's counties judges face little or no opposioin because opposing a sitting judge is career suicide.
