She should have been factored out, but she wasn't. This diabolical plot has been in the making for a long time. I don't have the reference, but the attorney from hell shopped for just the right Judge before making his move.

Okay, today, I have found to possible legal basis for putting Terri's tube back in, until they are investigated.

1. It was against the law to pull feeding tubes, when Terri collapsed. So, she could not have possibly ever said that she "wished" to have her feeding tube removed.

2. Judge Greer is a PROBATE judge, and he has no jurisdiction to judge this case. His ruling should be vacated and they should start over.

Exactly. Felos knew once Greer got this case it was all over except the ending. If Greer hadn't been reelected, he would have pulled the feeding tube permanently before he left the bench.
